Our Short & Sweet is great for our couples who are looking for a simple cocktail hour wedding (2-3 hours) for a lower guest count of 30-40 guests. We’ll manage your vendors and create a small detailed timeline 2 weeks before the event.
Day of Coordination Package

The Ever After is our most popular one. We are the ones that are here for the last month to help with everything that you have planned and put everything in place. Both Day and Month of Coordination is included in this package and 5 hours of event.

The Love Story Package brings that extra flare to your wedding. It includes everything in the EVER AFTER plus the following:
- Audio Guest Book Phone Rental.
- Rental Table numbers, Card Box and other standard wedding signs.
- Floor Length Mirror for Seat Chart creation.
Planning Collections
Partial Planning Package
(Starting of $1995)
This Package is for those who already have done some of the legwork, like having a venue already but don’t know where to go from here while trying to stick to a budget.
Before the Wedding:
- Planning starts at least 3 months before the event (depending on level of Partial Package).
- Up to 5 meetings. Either personal, phone / video calls, and unlimited emails
- Budget Management
- Vendor recommendations (while sticking to your budget)
- One assistant coordinator for day of event.
- Creation and Management of wedding timeline
- Communicating and distribution of timeline to all vendors
- Venue walk-through
- Floor plan creation
- Review vendor logistics
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception (upon availability).
Day of Wedding
Ceremony & Reception Coordination
- Manage delivery and setup of all wedding day vendors
- Management and set up and placements of all personal items such as accessories, guestbook, place cards, party favors, etc.
- Cue couple and wedding party for all main events
- Set up first look and reception room reveal (if needed)
- Assisting the family, wedding party and guest as needed
- Acting as point of contact for all wedding vendors
- Distribution of final payments and/ or gratuities (if needed)
- Seating chart set-up
Full Planning Package
(Starting of $2995)
Planning starts before choosing the wedding venue. We'll work with you from the venue search all the way to your wedding exit.
Before the Wedding:
- Unlimited visits to choose venue.
- Planning starts at least 6 months before the event.
- Unlimited meetings (upon availability)on either phone / video calls, and unlimited emails.
- Budget Management.
