As your planner, we work with you to plan for your event from start to finish. Your involvement depends on whether you've selected the full planning, partial planning, or the day of coordinator collection. As your day of coordinator we make sure everything you've planned yourself is smoothly executed on your wedding day.

When a venue offers a coordinator, they are only assuring you that a member of their staff will be on site for your wedding to handle all venue requirements. To make sure everything goes properly, we will effectively act as the middleman between you, the venue employees, and your other vendors.

Yes, we do if your venue requires a certificate of insurance, we can provide it.

So, as some of you may have noticed with the business name, I am a Disney fan 🥰, I love all things that has to do with Disney. This is where I came up with the name Tinkers 🧚& CO. Tinkers, because we love creating beautiful and fascinating things with the most unimaginable objects that others could not, overall, they have a great imagination. What we bring to the business is our determination, spirit minded along listening to your vision, creations, and ideas, then making them real on your special day. We are here to assist with things you may need, like vendors, venues and answer questions that may come along the way. At the end of the day, we are here to make your day as amazing as you are and at the end of it all leave your event with a smile. 

Clients have hired us before they even had a venue in mind. Additionally, we've had customers hire us four months before their wedding. You are completely in control. The day after you become engaged, we are ready to assist you with wedding planning. Couples have acknowledged that organizing a wedding has turned into a second job. Those who engaged us straight away raved about how much they appreciate not having to do all the planning themselves.

Of course! That is our main objective. You will have access to our preferred vendor’s list regardless of the plan you select. In this manner, you and our staff will both be aware that we are working with the best for your event!

Absolutely! We will participate in the wedding planning process to the extent that you would like us to. We always start by asking you what you want before offering you, our options.  

Each Tinkers planner is only assigned one wedding per day. This enables us to devote all our attention to you—and not to another couple—in the days preceding your big day. Wedding planners also report that the wedding days are tiresome. Running up and down stairs, directing vendors and visitors, and more is what we are doing as we move from one end of the arena to the other. We wouldn't be in the best condition to concentrate on you and your demands.

Additionally, the wedding planner you meet with will be the one who will be there on the day of your wedding. We consider it crucial that we connect. To avoid giving you the opportunity to work with them during the entire process, some planning businesses have you meet with the head planner before assigning your wedding day planner closer to the wedding day. So that you can relax more on the wedding day and know you can trust your planner to handle all the details, we really get to know each other and get to know each other's personalities this way.

Everyone requires a wedding day coordinator at the very least. They take care of all the details you haven't considered, which helps your day go more easily.
